With training, sea otter’s asthma can be treated with inhaler

A Seattle Aquarium sea otter named Mishka has the first known case of asthma in a sea otter, and now she is the first of her kind to be treated using an inhaler. She was initially prescribed drugs often used to treat pediatric cases of asthma, but some training with food rewards has allowed her to start using the inhaler. United Press International (9/19)
