Infant Gorilla gets Emergency Surgery

An infant gorilla delivered via cesarean section at the San Diego Zoo last week underwent emergency surgery on Friday for a collapsed lung. The 4.6-pound female infant gorilla was having difficulty breathing on Friday morning. She is under 24-hour watch while she recuperates. The Associated Press (3/14)
